I specialize in working with high-achieving women who look like they have it all together—but feel stuck living in survival mode, driven by perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, burnout, and overachievement.
Many of the women I work with have high-functioning anxiety rooted in childhood trauma. These patterns didn’t come from nowhere—they developed as ways to stay safe, succeed, and keep going. Through EMDR therapy, I help you move beyond just understanding your trauma and actually heal it, so these patterns no longer run your life—without losing your ambition or drive.

Telehealth makes therapy accessible, flexible, and realistic for busy, high-achieving women. Virtual sessions allow you to fit therapy into your life—without putting everything else on hold. With Telehealth, you can:
Schedule therapy sessions over your lunch break or before your workday begins
Participate in EMDR therapy from the comfort and safety of your home
Feel grounded and comfortable during sessions—whether that means wearing cozy clothes, having your dog or cat nearby for support, or using familiar grounding tools
All that’s required is a stable internet connection, a device with camera access to join sessions—such as a phone, tablet, or computer—and headphones to maintain privacy. I offer online EMDR therapy for Gen Z and millennial women throughout Wisconsin and Florida, supporting clients with childhood trauma, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.
